1) Open your StackCP login URL (from your welcome email or client portal). 2) Enter the email address registered for your hosting account. 3) Enter your password. 4) Click Login. If login fails - Use “Forgot Password” and reset your password. - Confirm you are using the correct email (some providers create StackCP users per account). - Clear browser cache/cookies, or try an Incognito/Private window. - If you recently changed DNS or moved services, your StackCP access is still independent of DNS; login should work even if the domain is not pointing yet. Security best practices - Use a strong password (12+ characters, mixed types). - Do not share your main StackCP login with developers—create restricted FTP users instead.
